Dr. Tim Kelly
Organizational Psychologist
Dr. Tim Kelly brings more than 30 years of managerial and leadership experience from across an array of organizational cultures and management styles. These include some of the world’s most well regarded public and private organizations – Goldman Sachs, Adams Street Partners, Allstate Insurance Company, GE Capital, Heller Financial, and Mayer Brown & Platt.
Over his career, Tim has advised hundreds of private firms on all aspects of team composition, management, and leadership development. He’s made the difference during times of crises and in turn-around situations. Long-term, he’s helped ensure cross-culture integration; development and execution of strategy; and implementation of marketing, branding and improved operations.
For AEI, Tim helps professionals identify the root cause of behaviors that are holding them back from achieving their full leadership potential. His passion is to help executives adjust the ways they think about themselves, life, and motivating people in order to become better leaders.
Tim holds a Ph.D. in Psychology with a specialization in Organizational Psychology from Northcentral University; a JD, summa cum laude, from The John Marshall Law School; an MBA with specializations in Economics and International Business from the University of Chicago/Booth Graduate School of Business School; and a bachelor’s degree, magna cum laude, with specializations in Economics and International Business from Dominican University.
Tim is the father of two grown daughters and has been married for 30 years to, as he says, “my number one mentor and coach, my lovely wife.” He is an avid car collector and enjoys spending time with his expanding family.
