AEI's team coaching uses the Team Diagnostic Survey (TDS) developed by renowned Harvard scholar-practitioners. It assesses six conditions of team effectiveness that predict up to 80 percent of a team’s ultimate success. We assess team performance and create a roadmap for improving their effectiveness.
