    Senior Executive Coach

    Harvey is an organizational psychologist, senior executive coach, and university lecturer who specializes in the areas of executive development, leading and managing complex change, and high-performance teams. Over the course of his career, he has worked closely with senior leaders from many industries to further develop and enhance both their individual and team capabilities, with the goal of creating thriving organizational cultures.

     

    Harvey advises c-suite management teams and boards of directors of organizations from early-stage startups to Fortune 500 companies. In addition, he is an expert on DEI initiatives and has worked with some of the most respected companies globally to create more inclusive workplaces. He is specifically passionate about and deeply committed to the advancement of women into senior leadership roles.

     

    Harvey holds a Senior Fellow and Lecturer position at Wharton Executive Education, where he teaches Strategic Persuasion, as well as Collaboration for the New World of Work. In addition to serving as a Senior Executive Coach at AEI, Harvey is a highly sought after executive coach and lecturer for high-profile clients of Wharton. He serves as Lead Coach within Wharton’s Executive Development Program, which includes High Performance Team Coaching, as well as its signature programs - the General Management Program and the Advanced Finance Program.

     

    Harvey earned a Master’s Degree in Organizational Psychology and Change Leadership from Columbia University. He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Education from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro. He is a Master Practitioner in the Team Diagnostic Survey and a faculty member at Team Diagnostics, LLC, supporting the development of team coaching practitioners. Harvey is also Adjunct Faculty in the U.S. State Department's School of Leadership and Management at the Foreign Service Institute. In addition, he serves on the board of directors for Illumyn, which creates boardroom excellence and opportunity for historically underrepresented corporate executives.
