Jennifer Lader is an award-winning writer who brings her excellent listening and analysis skills to AEI's unique 360 Multi-Source Review process. Writing for AEI since 2015, she creates a positive interview environment that ensures industry leaders will gain deep insight into their strengths and opportunities in support of the coaching process.

Prior to this, Jennifer served three years as the editor of a regional newspaper and started her own writing business. She is the author of "Six-Word Lessons for Writing Your Community's Story." She believes understanding what brought us to this point will help us go on to create better lives for ourselves and others.

Jennifer earned her undergraduate degree in anthropology from Grinnell College. She holds a master's degree in public administration from Syracuse University's Maxwell School of Citizenship and Public Affairs.
