Throughout her 25+ year corporate career, Kristin has developed expertise in human capital strategy, leadership transformation, colleague development, talent retention, succession planning, employee engagement and employee value proposition, change management and organizational design, mergers and acquisitions, group facilitation, employment law, diversity strategy, and total compensation strategy.

She is recognized for creating highly engaged teams as well as coaching individuals and groups to achieve their desired results. Regarded as a practical strategist who proactively solves problems.

Kristin graduated from the University of Illinois with a Masters degree in Labor and Industrial Relations and a Bachelor's degree in Organizational Behavior and Marketing. Kristin is an ICF certified professional coach with certifications in multiple assessment tools. Kristin proudly serves as an executive committee member on the Chicagoland Habitat for Humanity board.
